• Information you choose to submit. The site’s inquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details you choose to share about your real estate and tax questions.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which we use only to operate and secure the site.

No tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels, and it does not set cookies. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard request data (such as your IP address) when your browser downloads a font file. If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.

How we use information

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet transmission is completely secure: please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or tax documents through this website. If we work together, we will provide a secure portal for exchanging documents.

Your privacy rights

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Whether or not a particular law applies to a firm of our size, we honor reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests as a matter of practice.
